The Farm to Fork BLT - Jan28

This was the best sandwich I've ever tasted.
Spire "Farm to Fork" in LaPorte IN has a special place in my stomach's heart.

It was started by a friend of mine who in less then 26 years of being earth:
- started a successful catering company
- finished his undergrad in culinary from Robert Morris University in Chicago
- then finished his MBA there
- then began teaching there
- all while maintaining other chef positions.
- then transformed his catering company into a full time restaurant in a golf course.
